What actually happens in the free audit?
A 30-minute call. You walk us through one or two workflows that drain your team. We map the steps, the data and the people involved, then come back with the top three AI opportunities ranked by ROI and time-to-ship, a rough ROI for each, and a build plan. No pitch deck, and no obligation to continue.
How quickly will we see something working?
In two weeks: a working prototype on your real data, not a slide deck. Most systems reach production within about 90 days of the audit, with evals, guardrails and monitoring in place.
How do you price?
The audit is free. After it, each phase gets a fixed quote agreed up front: prototype first, then build and ship by milestone. If you want us to stay on to scale, that's a monthly retainer you can stop when your team owns the system.
Who owns the code, prompts and models?
You do. Everything we build lives in your repositories and your cloud accounts from the first commit: code, prompts, eval sets and any fine-tuned weights.
How do you handle our data and privacy rules?
We sign a data processing agreement before touching personal data, access only what a task needs, and can keep data and models in the region your rules require. Where model providers offer zero-retention settings, we use them. Your data is never used to train anything except your own system.
Which AI models do you use?
Whatever wins on your evals. Sometimes that's a frontier API, sometimes a small open-weight model you host yourself for cost, latency or data-residency reasons. We have no vendor partnerships pulling us either way.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It's designed for that. Confidence thresholds route uncertain cases to a person, guardrails block unsafe outputs, and every release has to pass automated evals before it ships. Every decision is traced, so mistakes are visible and fixable.
Do you work with our existing engineers?
Yes, that's the preferred setup. We pair with your team, document as we go, and hand over runbooks and dashboards so you can run the system without us.
What kinds of companies do you work with?
Any team with a problem AI can help with, from founders running a two-person operation to companies with their own engineering team. If a workflow is repetitive and data-heavy, or you need a model, agent or voice system built on your own data, it's usually a fit.
