AI agents & workflow automation

AI agents that take real work off your team's plate.

We build agents and automations that read documents, work through inboxes, update your systems and hand anything uncertain to a person. They're built around the tools you already use, with guardrails from day one.

What we build

Agents you can actually rely on.

An agent is only useful if it's reliable. Every build ships with evals, logging, and a person in the loop where it matters.

  • Document and inbox agents for invoices, orders, claims and contracts
  • Multi-step agents that use your CRM, ERP, helpdesk, spreadsheets and email
  • Internal copilots that answer from your own data
  • Scheduled automations for reporting, data entry and follow-ups
  • Review queues where people handle the uncertain cases
  • Evals, audit logs and cost limits on every agent

Built to be trusted

Automation you stay in charge of.

A person stays in charge

Low-confidence cases always go to a person. You set the threshold, and we tune it on your data before launch.

Every action is logged

You can see what the agent read, what it decided and what it changed, so every step can be audited.

Costs are tracked

Model and API spend is measured per task, with limits so a bad day can't become a bad invoice.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Anything else? Ask us on the audit call, or just email.

Which tools can the agents work with?

Anything with an API, plus email, PDFs and spreadsheets. Where there's no API, we can use browser automation. CRMs, helpdesks, accounting tools, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are common starting points.

What happens when the agent isn't sure?

It stops and hands the case to a person, along with what it has found so far. You choose the confidence threshold, and we tune it on your real data before launch.

Will it replace our team?

It takes over the repetitive part of the work. Most teams spend the time they get back on exceptions, customers, and work that needs judgement.

How soon is it live?

You get a working prototype on your own documents in two weeks. Most production rollouts finish within about 90 days of the audit.
